JESUS IS THE CENTER
As a church, we recognize that Jesus is at the center of everything we do and everything about our lives is centered on His Kingdom (Matthew 6:33).
WORSHIP IS MORE
Worship is more than the songs we sing on Sunday; worship is a way of life (Romans 11:36, 12:1).
PROGRESS > PERFECTION
Jesus loves us despite our imperfections, weaknesses and sin, but the gospel of grace is one of transformation (2 Corinthians 3:18). We stand firm in the reality of God's love for us (Romans 5:8) and live with eager expectation for him to complete his work in us (Philippians 1:6) while celebrating the progress as evidence of that grace at work.
GIVE YOUR BEST AND THEN SOME
In everything we do, we work hard as though working for the Lord (Colossians 3:23) and are always trying to "outdo" one another in showing love and honor (Romans 12:10). As a demonstration of God's love towards one another, we have an "all of me, all the time" mentality.
EMBRACE THE MESS
Life is messy. People are messy. Ministry is messy. Jesus came for the sick, not the healthy (Luke 5:31), so we practice the same hospitality, grace and care for one another that we have been shown in Christ.
LIFE TOGETHER, NOT ALONE
We believe faith is a community project. As it is said, "no man is an island" and our lives in Christ are not meant to be lived alone (Hebrews 10:24-25).
CELEBRATION IS CONTAGIOUS
Because of who God is, we have much to celebrate (Psalm 118:24). We believe that celebration is contagious; as we highlight reasons to celebrate God's greatness and grace in the lives of one another, our hearts will be stirred for Him.
